Returns and Refunds

This page explains the current pre-launch status and how BACCO will handle returns and refunds before commercial availability opens.

1. Pre-launch status

BACCO Heritage is currently in pre-launch. The first garment is in development and is not yet available for public purchase, preorder or allocation.

2. Before commercial opening

Because no public sale is currently active, no return or refund process is available at this stage. Private access requests do not create an order and do not require payment.

3. Future return policy

Before any commercial opening, BACCO will publish clear return conditions, refund timing, product eligibility rules and any exceptions required by applicable law.
