Returns and Refunds

Support for return and refund requests relating to BACCO Heritage preorders.

1. Aureus Cap preorders

Aureus Cap: a first release of 300 numbered caps. Numbers 1 to 50 are now available for preorder.

2. Preorder support

For requests concerning a preorder, return or refund, contact the BACCO Concierge and include your order reference. Newsletter subscriptions and Club registration do not constitute a purchase.

3. Terms information

Returns are available within 30 days. Contact the BACCO Concierge with your order reference to receive instructions. For preorder cancellation requests and refund information, please contact the Concierge.
